28/10/2020 – Webinar: The View from the Client Side

For an insight into what clients need from their consultants, join us for our next session as architect Grant Roberts shares his perspective from the client side. Drawing on his previous roles as both project architect and practice manager, as well as his current position with a Victorian State Government body, Grant will explain how working on the client side has added to his perspective.

Covering questions like the role of a strong business case and brief, budget restrictions, the impact of variations and extensions of time, and communication protocols between consultants and clients, our webinar will leave you with a better appreciation of the mechanics behind clients’ decisions, and help you clarify and implement project design objectives.
